1. Overview
Arouve Digital ("we," "us," or "our") operates arouvedigital.net and provides AI-assisted marketing research and workflow tools (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Service.
By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Arouve Digital provides configurable AI agent workspaces that assist with:
- Advertising and market research
- Competitor and audience analysis
- Campaign planning and strategy
- Content and creative brief preparation
- Landing page review and campaign reporting
- Marketing workflow organization
All outputs are drafts for your review. You are solely responsible for evaluating, editing, approving, and publishing any content generated through our Service.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Arouve Digital provides research and workflow tools only. We make no guarantees regarding:
- Advertising approval on any platform
- Sales, revenue, profit, or business growth
- Customer acquisition or conversion rates
- The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated research
You remain fully responsible for reviewing all AI-generated material and complying with applicable advertising platform rules, laws, and regulations.
4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@arouvedigital.net if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive material
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
- Resell or sublicense access without our written consent
6. Subscription and Billing
Arouve Digital offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis per workspace. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
The Arouve Digital platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you submit to the platform remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arouve Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New Mexico, United States.
