This policy defines what is and is not permitted when using the Arouve Digital platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

1. Purpose

Arouve Digital provides AI-assisted marketing research and workflow tools intended for lawful, ethical business use. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") ensures our platform is used responsibly and in a way that respects others.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Arouve Digital to:

Conduct advertising and market research for your own business or clients
Plan and organize marketing campaigns
Prepare content briefs and creative outlines for review
Analyze competitors and audiences for strategic purposes
Organize workflow and marketing documentation

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Arouve Digital to:

Create, promote, or distribute deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity
Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or abusive
Produce content related to illegal products, services, or activities
Circumvent advertising platform policies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the platform without written consent
Automate access in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files

4. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the platform and all outputs you choose to use or publish. Arouve Digital is a research and drafting tool — we do not review or approve content before you use it. You must ensure all published material complies with the rules of the relevant advertising platforms and applicable laws.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If a violation is confirmed, we may:

Issue a warning
Suspend or terminate your account without refund
Report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of our platform, please report it to support@arouvedigital.net.
