This policy describes how Arouve Digital delivers its services, what you can expect from our platform, and the boundaries of what our AI agents provide.

1. What We Deliver

Arouve Digital delivers access to configurable AI agent workspaces through our web platform at arouvedigital.net. Upon subscribing, you receive immediate access to the features included in your chosen plan, including:

Advertising and market research agents
Competitor and audience analysis tools
Campaign planning and strategy workspaces
Content and creative brief generators
Landing page review and campaign reporting agents
Marketing workflow organization tools

2. Delivery Method

All services are delivered digitally via our web platform. No physical goods are shipped. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during registration.

3. Human-in-the-Loop Model

Arouve Digital operates on a human-in-the-loop model. This means:

All AI outputs are drafts and recommendations — not final deliverables
You review, edit, and approve every output before use
We do not publish, submit, or distribute any content on your behalf
You retain full control over all marketing decisions and published assets

4. Service Availability

We aim to maintain platform availability of 99% or higher. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

5. Support

Support is provided via email at support@arouvedigital.net and via WhatsApp at +1 (251) 358-0363. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days. Priority support is included in Growth and Agency plans.

6. Limitations

Arouve Digital does not:

Guarantee advertising approval on any platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Guarantee sales, revenue, or business results
Manage ad accounts or publish content on your behalf
Provide legal, financial, or compliance advice
